Every employer near you. Emailed by you.
Flight schools, FBOs, repair stations and charter operators. We find the ones hiring your role, email them from your own address, follow up once, and keep the record.
Free to see the list. $19/month to send.
Most pilots only ever ask six people
There is no Indeed for flight instructing. Most schools never post an opening, so hiring happens when a chief instructor gets an email from someone who seems reliable.
You cannot find them
Searching the web and clicking through school websites one at a time turns up the handful you already knew about.
You stop too early
Most people send five or ten emails, hear nothing, and decide nobody is hiring. Usually they just did not ask enough people.
You never follow up
A chief instructor meant to reply and forgot. One nudge a week later is where a real share of interviews come from.
How it works
Two questions to see your number. A few minutes more to start applying.
Tell us what you do and where you live
Pilot, maintenance, dispatch or line service. Then your city. That is the whole signup.
See how many employers are actually near you
Sorted by distance, with the count in each ring from your doorstep out to nationwide. Free, before you pay anything.
Connect your email
Applications go out from your address, not ours. We send you a test message first so you can see it working before anything reaches an employer.
We send fifteen a week, closest first
Each one mentions how far you are from their field, your hours and certificates, and your own two sentences. Replies come straight to your inbox.
One follow-up, five days later
Short, and only to the ones who have not answered. You tell us when someone replies and we stop.
It sends from your account, not ours
A chief instructor opens an email from a pilot, not from a marketing tool. It lands in your Sent folder and replies arrive in your normal inbox.
We send only
We connect for sending and nothing else. We do not read your mail, and we say so in our privacy policy.
Disconnect in one click
That deletes the credential and stops sending immediately. No email, no support ticket, no waiting.
Paced like a person
Fifteen a week, spread out. Never a burst, because a burst is what gets a personal account flagged.
Gmail and iCloud only, for now Outlook and Microsoft 365 accounts cannot be connected yet, because Microsoft removed the sign-in method this uses. We are adding them separately. If that is your only address, this will not work for you today.

Questions people actually ask
Why do you need an app password?
It is how your email provider lets a program send on your behalf without handing over your real password. You generate it in your Google or Apple account settings, it takes about two minutes, and you can revoke it at any time without changing anything else.
Google emailed me a security alert. Is something wrong?
No, and we warn you about it before you start. Our server signs in from a data center rather than from your usual location, so Google flags the first send as a new sign-in. Approve it and it will not happen again.
Can you read my email?
An app password technically allows it. We do not, and we never will without asking you first. We connect over the sending channel only. You can disconnect in one click and the credential is deleted.
Will employers know this was automated?
The message comes from your address, mentions your distance from their field and your own words, and arrives one at a time at a human pace. Nothing in it is branded as ours.
What if I get a job in the first week?
Pause sending from your dashboard, or cancel. We would rather you stop paying us because it worked.
Do you apply to airlines for me?
No. Airline hiring runs through their own closed systems and we do not touch those. AviSeek is for the jobs that get you to airline minimums: flight schools, FBOs, repair stations and charter operators.
Do you write my resume?
Not yet. You upload a PDF and we send it as a link. A resume builder designed for pilot hours and certificates is something we are working on.
